Who are Naseem Shah’s siblings?

Naseem Shah’s full name is Naseem Abbas Shah. He is widely known as a professional cricketer playing for Pakistan. He played his international cricket match at the age of 16. Against Australia, he made his debut in November of that year to become the ninth-youngest player to debut in Test cricket. During the riveting second Test versus Sri Lanka in December 2019, Shah clinched the remarkable feat of becoming the 2nd youngest bowler ever to get a 5-wicket haul in a Test match, amplifying his status as the youngest pace bowler to achieve this remarkable milestone.

Reflecting on his family, he is an integral part of a closely-knit family in which he has four brothers and two sisters. Naseem Shah has six siblings in his family. His younger brothers are Hunain and Ubaid Shah. His brother Hunain is also a talented fast bowler who played for Central Punjab during the Quaid-e-Azam 2022-23. In November 2020, he got his maiden first-class wicket when dismissed Bilawalk Iqbal of the Balochistan Cricket Team. Ubaid, his younger brother, also graces the cricket. He debuted Under-19 team in October this year and got selected in the squad for the Under-19 Asia Cup held in December 2023.

Speaking of his parents, Naseem Shah’s parents are from Mayar Jandool, Lower Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. His father Abbas Shah initially forced Naseem to focus on his studies but Naseem kept on focusing on his profession. Reportedly, his mother is no more with him in this world. She died just a day before his Test debut at the of 16 in 2019.
