‘Heartbroken’: Singer Nikhita Gandhi on stampede, At least 4 dead, dozens injured in Kerala college stampede

The Health minister of Kerala, Veena George stated that a very shocking moment was created at the time of the music concert of Nikita Gandhi. This concert happened at the Kerala CUSAT University which is located in Kochi. In the concern total of 4 students died and some more people were injured. As per the source, the student who was inside the Cochin University campus were doing their enjoyment in the live musical concert of Nikita Gandhi. It has been reported that a lot of students got injured in the stampede which officially ensued as the student suddenly went to the shelter area at the time when the rain started. In the huge crowd of students, a total of four students including two girls and two boys died and 60 students were injured those injured students were admitted for treatment at the Kalamassery Medical College Hospital and some students in those are admitted to some other hospitals. Veena George said that the condition of four students was very critical and when they were taken to the hospital they couldn’t survive.

It has been claimed that when the sudden downpour started so at that time the public rushed to the stage where there was a roofed area. Pinarayi Wijaya, the chief minister of state held the emergency meeting at the guest house of the government in Kozhikode regarding the tragedy and also condoled the passing of students. He has now canceled all the upcoming few events that are planned with the ongoing Nava Kerala Sadas program in the northern district on 26th November 2023, Sunday. He has also said to make sure of the treatment of all the students and the investigation currently this case is currently ongoing.
