PM Narendra Modi inaugurates infrastructure projects worth ₹13,500 crore in Telangana

A very well-known and respected Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is going to visit Telangana on Sunday afternoon where he will apply the foundation stone of numerous growth projects worth more than 13,500 crore. Prime Minister will arrive in Mahabubnagar district at around 2:15 PM, where he will devote himself to the country and lay the foundation stone of many developmental projects cost more than 13,500 crores in significant sectors including rail, oil, road and natural gas and higher education. As per the report, during the programme, the Prime Minister will also flag off a train service through video conferencing. Prime Minister’s Office stated that PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of key road schemes that have been part of the Nagpur-Vijayawada Economic Corridor. The tasks include a 108 km long ‘four-lane entrance Greenfield highway from Warangal to Khammam section of NH-163 G and a 90 km long ‘four-lane access-controlled greenfield highway from Khammam to Vijayawada section of NH-163G. On the basis of the PMO statement, these road projects are going to be developed at a total price of about  6400 crore. The tasks will decrease the travel distance between Khammam and Warangal by almost 14km and between Vijayawada and Khammam by about 27 km. PMO also stated that Narendra Modi will also dedicate to the nation and road projects- four laning of 59 km long Suryapet to Khammam section of NH-365BB’ which has been made at a cost of about 2,460 crore. As far as we know, the project is a piece of the Hyderabad- Visakhapatnam Corridor and was developed under Bharatmala Pariyojana. It is going to provide better connectivity to Khammam district and seaside areas of Andhra Pradesh,” an official statement said.
