The parent company of Mamaearth, Honasa Consumer has set the price band for the issue at Rs. 308 to 324 which is a share of the face value of Rs. 10 each. The Honasa Consumer is all set to launch the three initial public offerings (IPO) on 31st October 2023. It looks like Mamaearth is raising Rs. 365 crore in primary capital and the company also offers 41,248,162 equity shares for sale. The investors who already exist are Fireside Ventures, Stellaris Venture Partners, and Sofina Vetures as the high net-worth individuals Rishab Mariwala, Rohit Bansal, Shilpa Shetty, and Kunal Bahl are going to sell some of the shares throughout the IPO.

According to the source, the IPO of Mamaearth is going to open for subscription on 31st October 2023, Tuesday and it is going to close on 2nd November 2023, Thursday. It has been said that the allocation to the anchor investors for Honasa Consumer IPO is going to happen on 30 October 2023, Monday. The floor price of Mamaearth IPO is 30.80 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 32.04 times the face value of the equity shares. The lot size of Mamaearth IPO is 46 equity shares and it is in the multiples of 46 equity shares.

Till now Mamaearth IPO has reserved not less than 75% of the shares that are in the public issue for the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and it is not more than 15% for the Non Institutional Investors (NII). Also, it is not more than 10% of the offer is reserved for Retail Investors. There is a discount of 30 per equity share which is being offered so that the employees can be eligible for the bidding in the employee reserve portion. There are some shareholders of this company which include the famous Indian actress Shilpa Shetty, Kunal Bahl, Fireside Ventures Fund, Sofina, Stellaris, Rohit Kumar Bansal, and Rishabh Harsh Mariwala are going to sell their stakes in the OFS.
