Honasa Consumer IPO garnered a capital of Rs. 765.20 crores from anchor investors on 30th October 2023, Monday. As per the reports, a total of seven mutual funds have invested Rs. 253 crore in the Mamaearth IPO and the company has received a total of 33.1% of the anchor allocation. A total of 23,617,228 equity shares have been allotted to the anchor investors. 7,827,544 equity shares have been allocated to those 7 domestic mutual funds. These funds by 7 domestic funds have occurred via 19 schemes. On 31st October 2023, Tuesday, the company IPO opened for subscription and the company also announced that the IPO subscriptions are going to close on 2nd November 2023, Thursday.

Honasa Consumer Ltd. has claimed that there was a total allocation of 23,617,228 equity shares to the Anchor Investors total of 7,827,544 equity shares has been allocated to the seven domestic mutual funds and the company also added that 6 insurance companies have been allocated 11.5% of the anchor allocation. The Mamaearth IPO has set the price band for the issue at Rs. 308-24  per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 per share. The company IPO consists of the offer for sale at approx 4.12 crore shares and it has a fresh issuance of more than Rs. 365 crore.
