KTM has designed the Duke 990cc quite radically, more so than the Duke 890cc. The point that should be discussed is its headlamp which has protruding and slim panels flanking an LED projector lamp pushed inward. The aluminium sub-frame is left exposed which lends it an industrial look like the new Duke 390cc.

The company powering Duke 990 is the revised iteration of the KTM’s LC8c, 947cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that makes more torque and power than before, standing at close to 103Nm and 123bhp. The suspension setup of the Duke 990 is completely adjustable at both ends with a mono-shock and WP Apex USD forks. Bike lovers always remain enthralled by the color options of KTM bikes. The newly unveiled KTM Duke 990cc reportedly will be available only in two colors, Black Metallic, and Electronic Orange.
