As per the new development, the US has declared that it will deliver worker authorization. These include applicants for asylum or withholding of removal adjustment of status under INA 245, suspension of deportation cancellation of removal, the federal agency stated. By extending the EAD facts to five years, the agency aspired to reduce the number of fresh Forms I-765, contributing to its efforts to decrease associated processing times and backlogs. A Green Card, known officially as a Permanent Resident Card, is a document published to settlers to the US as proof that the more useful has been given the privilege of residing. The per-country caps have been numerical limitations on the issuance of green cards to people from certain countries. As per the study by David J Bier of the Cato Institute, an American libertarian think tank ‘The employment-based Green Card backlog arrived at a new record of 1.8 million cases this year.
