The Japanese light novel series I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unbeatable in the Real World, Too is written by Miku and illustrated by Rein Kuwashima. It started in March 2017 as a web novel on the Kakuyomu website.
It was later bought by Fujimi Shobo. Since December 2018, the series has been published by Fujimi Fantasia Bunko, which is an imprint of Fujimi Shobo. Since December 2019, chapters of a manga adaptation drawn by Kazuomi Minatogawa have been posted on ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki PlayStation Comic Web website.
As of December 2022, the chapters have been collected into tankbon volumes. In April 2023, TMS Entertainment and Millepensee are going to start making an anime TV show based on the book.
I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World Release Date
The long-awaited information about when I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World will air has finally been revealed. In August 2022, it was announced that the novels would be adapted into an anime TV show. The show is made by TMS Entertainment and animated by Millepensee.

Shingo Tanabe is the director, Shin Itagaki is the chief director and oversees the scripts, Hiromi Kimura is the chief animation director and adapts Rein Kuwashima’s character designs for animation, and Akiyuki Tateyama writes the music.
It will air on Tokyo MX and other networks for the first time on April 7, 2023. “Gyakuten Geki” by Tsukuyomi is the theme song for the beginning, and “Hachimitsu” by Shikao Suga is the theme song for the end. Crunchyroll bought the rights to the show and will stream it with an English dub. Muse Communication got the Asia-Pacific rights to the series.
On March 17, 2023, it was announced that I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too: Parallel Universe would be a free-to-play MMORPG browser game. It will come out in many languages on the G123 platform.
