At Evo 2022, Arc System Works announced the second season of Guilty Gear Strive and revealed the first of four new characters for the sequel, Bridget, who hasn’t appeared in a Guilty Gear game since 2008 Gear XX Accent Core Plus.
Since its 2020 release, Guilty Gear Strive has welcomed Goldlewis Dickinson, Happy Chaos, Jack-O, Baiken, and Testament, with Bridget becoming the sixth character to join the roster. They are armed with a gigantic yo-yo and a stuffed bear that can deliver a few blows of its own.
Season 2 of Guilty Gear Strive was unveiled at the record-breaking 2,100-player tournament that was the highlight of Evo 2022. There will be four main protagonists throughout the season and multiple settings. On August 8, you may purchase a season pass for $25 that will grant you access to Bridget, two stages, and the second color pack upon their respective launches.

The 2D fighting game Guilty Gear Strive is in a fictitious version of Washington, DC, and marks the series finale for the main charactP.C. Sol Badguy. The game launched on PS4, PS5, and P.C. in June 2021, and it has recently passed one million units sold since launch.
