When Will Warzone 2 Season 3 Be Available? New Modes, Reworked DMZ and More

Warzone 2 Season 3 starts in just a few days, and the next big content update will bring back some of the most-requested modes, weapons, and features from earlier games in the series.

The next season of Warzone 2 is coming, and it looks like it will bring a bunch of cool new modes, features, and weapons to spice things up. Even though the weapon meta changed when Season 2 Reloaded came out, the game has been having trouble keeping up with games like Fortnite.

Several popular streamers have left the game because of this. Season 3 has a lot of fun new features that will hopefully bring the game closer to its best times when it was first released.

Do you know that CD PROJEKT RED’s Cyberpunk 2077 is already one of the games with the most advanced technology? Its neon-lit environments and huge Night City look incredibly real thanks to ray tracing:

You’ll find all the information you need regarding Season 3 of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 below, such as the update’s confirmed release date, roadmap, and more.

When Will Warzone 2 Season 3 Come Out?

Activision says that the third season of Warzone 2 will start on April 12. Players will be able to start the new season at 6 pm BST, 1 pm EDT, or 10 am PDT. Activision has released the Warzone 2 Season 3 roadmap, which tells players what to expect in Season 3.

Alejandro and Valeria, two main characters from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’s single-player campaign, are two of the new operators on the roadmap. More operators are promised to come as Season 3 goes on.

Also included is the brand-new BlackCell Battle Pass bundle, which costs more but has the Battle Pass plus some extra goodies. The following things are part of this package:

  • Access to the full Season 03 Battle Pass and 20 Tier Skips
  • 1,100 COD Points instantly awarded
  • Up to 1,400 COD Points awarded throughout the Battle Pass
  • A BlackCell Operator, attired in an imposing animated Camo skin
  • A Pro-Tuned Weapon Blueprint, Vehicle Skin, and Finishing Move
  • An exclusive BlackCell Sector within the Battle Pass AO serves as an alternative starting location
  • Immediate unlocking of adjacent Battle Pass Sectors to the BlackCell Sector
  • Additional, BlackCell-only Battle Pass content: Every Season 03 Battle Pass Sector with an Operator Skin has a BlackCell variant (12 Skins in total) to unlock

The standard Battle Pass, which is about Task Force 141 this season and costs 1,100 COD Points, is still available. In the Roadmap, there are also some big changes to DMZ.

Included is a brand-new bartering feature for Buy Stations, which will let players trade items they’ve been saving for other goodies and save money in the process. You can only trade with other players and the Buy Station.

If you want to trade with your squad mates, you’ll have to use the old-school method of dropping items. Warzone 2 Season 3 will also bring new Workbenches to DMZ.

These will let players change their contraband weapons by adding or taking away attachments. Not only that but there is also a brand-new faction called REDACTED, which has its own missions and bosses to beat.

Lastly, you’ll now have access to three Active Duty Operator Slots at once instead of just one. This means you’ll spend less time messing around between matches because you’ll already have three load-outs ready to go.
