The highest decision-making body of DDA (Delhi Development Authority) headed by Lieutenant Governor of Delhi V K Saxena, on Wednesday, approved the launch of the Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023. The complete process is from application to allotment and possession is said to be done from the official website of DDA. The Delhi Development Authority has not revealed the further details of the scheme but it is expected that it will be shared soon through its official website and newspapers.
The flats under the special festival scheme of DDA are offered through two different modes, First Come First Serve (FCFS) and e-auction, based on their location. As per the report, about 316 MIG (mid-income) flats located in Sector 14, Dwarka, and 647 flats located in Loknayakpuram will be available through e-auction mode. Whereas, 728 EWS flats in Sector 19B, Dwarka, 1008 EWS flats in Sector 14, Dwarka, and 316 LIG (low-income group) flats, along with 224 EWS flats located in Loknayakpuram and more than 28,000 flats located in Narela across various categories, will be offered through the First Come First Serve mode.
