Minecraft Legends is a surprise spinoff of the blocky adventure game that will take it into the world of strategy. It made its debut at the Xbox and Bethesda 2022 show. The new strategy game was made with the help of Blackbird Interactive.
It takes place in the Minecraft universe, where you’ll lead your allies into heroic battles to protect the overworld. In an Xbox Wire post, executive producer Dennis Ries said that we’ll be in a “gentle land” with many different biomes and resources that is in danger of being invaded.

Deἀd Island 2
With a trailer shown at Gamescom Opening Night Live, Deἀd Island 2 is officially on the way. The zombie-filled party is back for a second round. Deἀd Island 2, which takes place in downtown LA and has a lot of over-the-top violence, is said to be all about experimenting with how you want to fight zombies. And from what we’ve seen and done with it so far, it looks good.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Cal Kestis and his trusted droid BD-1 are back five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. As the name suggests, this one is much more about survival than the first one, and the developer has said that it will be a lot darker than the first one. From the teaser trailer, it looks like our old friend Cal is in a lot of trouble, since the Dark Side has his light saber now.
Redfall
Redfall is a brand-new game that is being made by Arkane Austin. It’s a co-op shooter that takes place in the town of Redfall, which is on an island in Massachusetts and has the same name as the game. But vampires are attacking this usually quiet town.
They have blocked the sun and made it impossible to get to the island. So now you and a group of other survivors have to figure out how to kἰll them. You’re lucky to have great weapons like UV blasters, stake guns, and magic on your side.
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is one of the new Xbox Series X games that has been shown off. In the game, you’ll play as Gollum and start out in Barad-dûr, a fortress in Mordor where the corrupted creature is being held prisoner.
But you can expect to see a lot more of Middle-Earth after that, as the game promises “giant, persistent environments, each with several questlines and a variety of friendly and unfriendly faces.”
Suicide Squad: Kἰll the Justice League
A game about the Suicide Squad that takes place in the world of Batman: Arkham? Yes, thanks. Well, thank goodness Rocksteady is making just that. Suicide Squad: Kἰll the Justice League has the same playful tone and a lot of great casting. It can be played by one to four people at the same time.
You can play as Harley Quinn, Deἀdshot, Captain Boomerang, or King Shark, each of whom has a weapon that is unique to them. You can change between them whenever you want, and it looks beautiful when you do.
After Us
After Us is a new adventure game from the makers of Arise: A Simple Story. In the game After Us, you play as Gaia, the Spirit of Life, in a “surrealist human world.” You’ll use the abstract world’s platforms to try to save the souls of extinct animals and bring them back to life after you find out what happened to them. It looks like we’re in for another emotional ride.
Street Fighter 6
Street Fighter 6 will have the classic Fighting Ground mode, but it will also have something new. There is a new campaign mode called “World Tour,” and there is also a “Battle Hub,” making a total of three full modes that let players fight in any way they want. So far, it looks great.
Diablo 4
Diablo 4, which was first announced at BlizzCon 2019, will bring back the famous series with new classes like the necromancer. The next game is said to be a true “next-generation” action RPG with almost 150 dungeons, more in-depth character customization, and more.
It will take place in an open-world setting. Lilith is also back as the main bad guy. She is the Daughter of Hate and the Queen of the Succubi. Cross-play and couch co-op will also work.
Crash Team Rumble
Crash Team Rumble is a new 4v4 online multiplayer game where famous marsupials fight for Wumpa fruit in an arena with their friends and enemies. Toys for Bob, the company that made Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, is making Crash Team Rumble.
In this game, you’ll try to get the most fruit in drop-off zones while also trying to protect the other team’s zone. It will let you play on different platforms.
