Breaking News: The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu has now officially rejected the five-day ceasefire hostages deal with Gaza. They have rejected the deal in exchange for releasing some hostages held early in the war. This is one of the biggest shocking news regarding the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas. On 9th November 2023, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, rejected the three-day ceasefire deal with the Palestinian military groups in the Gaza Strip. This deal was in exchange for releasing some hostages who were held at the start of this war. According to some sources, the negotiation started with the Israeli ground invasion which was started after 27th October 2023. Then Netanyahu officials took the hard line on the proposals which involved the ceasefire in return for the hostages. This ground invasion started after fighters from Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and some other Gaza-based organizations crossed the border fence of the dividing area from Israeli towns and Kibbutzim. It has been reported that approx 240 people were taken hostage.

The families who were detained in Gaza staged a demonstration outside the residence of the Prime Minister of Israel at the start of this week. This has demonstrated the growing public outrage and they also demanded that Israel should give hostage talks a top priority.
