Forspoken (January 24, 2023)
It was initially planned for release in 2022, but Square Enix’s upcoming game, Forspoken, was pushed back to January 24, 2023.
Frey Holland, a New Yorker who is magically transported to the land of Athia, will be the protagonist of Forspoken. Frey has to find her way home, but she’ll run into monsters and other creatures that she’ll have to use her magic to defeat.

Horizon Call of the Mountain (February 22, 2023)
Sony Interactive Entertainment has released yet another Horizon video game. This time, however, you won’t be leaving the comfort of your own home to see the world; you’ll be doing so in VR.
Horizon: Call of the Mountain is a first-person virtual reality game that transports players to Horizon’s futuristic setting.
While virtual reality (VR) isn’t for everyone, it will give some gamers who have already invested in the franchise a chance to delve even further into the world they’ve come to love.
Final Fantasy XVI (June 22, 2023)
In the summer of 2023, PlayStation 5 owners can get their hands on Final Fantasy 16. The PlayStation State of Play gave us a sneak peek, and it looks like this installment will be on the gloomier side. Impressive visuals ensure this game will be in high demand among PlayStation 5 owners in 2023.
Marvel’s Spider Man 2 (Fall 2023)
It’s safe to say that, barring any delays, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be one of 2023’s most anticipated video games. Marvel’s Spider-Man, developed by Insomniac Games and released in 2018, quickly became one of the franchise’s most well-received entries.
In the upcoming Marvel film, Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker and Miles Morales will team up to take down Venom, one of Spider-most Man’s infamous foes.

Before jumping into the sequel, you should check out the 2020 release of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
Playing both games is a good idea because we know Peter Parker and Miles Morales will work together in the next installment.
There will undoubtedly be a lot of buzz about this game at the end of 2023, when it is teased to be released, given the success of the previous Spider-Man games.
