According to the report, The 1203-page charge sheet draws upon the depositions of 150 spectators including train passengers who asserted that Chaudhary purposely chose passengers based on their Muslim identity before carrying out the shootings. GRP officers documented reports from three of these spectators under section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code in the Borivali Metropolitan Magistrate court.
