On 31st October 2023, Tuesday is a very big occasion in India. Today is the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He was born on 31st October 1875 in Nadiad, Bombay Presidency, British India. He is also known as Vallabhai Jhaverbhai Patel. He was an Indian independence nationalist and barrister who served as the first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister of India (1947-1950). He passed away on 15th December 1950 in Bombay, Bombay State, India. he died at the age of 75. Sardar was the leader of the Indian National Congress. He struggled a lot for the independence of India from the Britishers. He was named Sardar by Indian people because Sardar means Cheif. He was a true warrior who fought for India.

On the occasion of Sardar Patel’s birth anniversary, the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has paid tributes to the late Sardar Vallabhai Patel in his official post on Twitter (X). He remembered Sardar’s visionary statesmanship and dedication because of that India reached its destination and became independent. PM wrote, On the Jayanti of Sardar Patel, he is revered for his indomitable spirit and visionary statesmanship and the extraordinary dedication with which he officially shaped the destiny of India.
